1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on tabadaa.com. The store is operated by [company legal name], trade licence no. [licence number], [registered address], United Arab Emirates (“Tabadaa”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products and prices
- All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED).
- We take care to describe and photograph products accurately. Product images may be illustrations, and colours can vary slightly on different screens.
- If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before delivery and you can confirm or cancel the order.
3. Orders
After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. We may contact you by phone to confirm the order and arrange delivery. We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock or we cannot reach you; if this happens, you pay nothing.
4. Payment
Payment is cash on delivery. Please pay the courier the full order total in AED when your order arrives.
5. Delivery
We deliver to all seven emirates. Delivery costs a flat AED 20 per order. Please check your items when they arrive and tell the courier, or contact us straight away, if anything is damaged or missing. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
6. Returns, refunds and warranty
Returns, refunds and warranty are handled as described on our Delivery & Returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
7. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of [Emirate]. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of [Emirate].
